Job Responsibilities:

The Sr. Channel Planning and Programs Manager must possess strong relationship management skills and have validated verbal and written communication strengths.

Serve as the office of SVP of Sales key point of contact and supports administrative and operational management for the T-Mobile for Business and Government Sales organization.

Will serve as the organization's coordinator of projects involving sales strategy, organizational design, sales compensation, goal management, project leader and management of many special projects on an as-needed basis.

Responsible for traveling with SVP on an occasional basis (up to 25%), balancing external and internal meetings to improve the SLT’s time with customers and employees.

Accountable to continually monitor and report on the top priority active projects within the organization and ensuring leadership understands and prioritizes such projects, keeping the leadership abreast of all matters of significance requiring immediate action and attention.

May be required to engage as proxy for the Senior Vice President in critical business meetings/projects in relation to operational issues, projects, team progress and risk-related issues.

The candidate should have proven operational and supply chain knowledge, financial acumen and be able to serve as a capable steward of the company's financial resources.

Represent sales department across other functional groups regarding process and policy change, compliance assurance, department-wide communications.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Preferred)

High-school Diploma (Required)

Work Experience:

More than 10 years - Business or Government Sales / Planning experience.

More than 10 years - Experience in program and project management, sales operations; telecom experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Base Pay Range:$107,200 - $193,300

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
