The Restoring Place
is a 10-bed residential program for gender-identifying women experiencing mental health and chemical dependency concerns. The programming focuses on client wellness and weekly wellness activities that emphasize sober recreation. Individuals seeking admission need a recent Rule 25 assessment (within the last 30 days).

Program Supervisor
for this program! The
Program Supervisor
oversees a program, supervising a team and ensuring that our clients receive excellent care that meets licensing and company standards. Duties may include:
Creating a sense of community and team among staff and clientsHiring and orienting program staffSupervising and coaching staff for excellence in accuracy and quality of servicesHelping staff in the development of skillsCoordinating program schedules and meetingsCompleting comprehensive diagnostic assessmentsFacilitating weekly clinical supervision meetings, reviewing treatment plans and assessmentsDeveloping and maintaining effective working relationships with program staff and other program managers
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavior science (i.e. social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy or nursing)Two years (4,000 hours) of experience in human servicesCurrent and unrestricted Minnesota license as a: LMFT, LICSW, LP or LPCC
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of supervisory or leadership experienceExperience providing services to people with mental illnesses
