Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Generate and qualify opportunitiesDocument sales by creating and updating customer records in CRMSource and develop client referralsPrepare sales action plansMaintain customer databaseMake sales calls to new and existing clientsConduct roofing inspectionsDevelop sales proposalsPrepare and present sales contractsAttend company trainingsRespond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in personEnsure customer service satisfaction and good client relationshipsFollow up on sales activityParticipate in sales eventsQualifications:Skilled strategist characterized by adaptability and persuasivenessStrong verbal and written communication skillsResilientHighly organizedOutgoingCompetitive and 'hungry' spirit that propels he/she to successEnthusiasticThis role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
