Xometry's Supplier Services Sales Team is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our ever-growing family! The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of sales development representatives and account executives focused on new logo acquisition. You will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting and exceeding planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training and development of the team. This leader will have a span of control of 10 reporting directly to the VP, Supplier Services Sales.Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, train and manage a team that exceeds goalsCreate and document standard operating proceduresEnsure that the sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads & prospectsCoordinate with our Sales & Marketing teams to assist in lead generation and conversion strategiesMonitor employee productivity and motivate the team to reach daily goalsEnsure accurate and complete information is captured in our CRM, SalesforceSupervise team in accordance with company policies & proceduresConduct employee interviews, orientations, and hiring of staffPrioritize a culture of continuous development to keep top talent engaged and motivated year-roundReport to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threatsDevelop your team through motivation, coaching and product knowledge educationUnderstand our ideal customers and how they relate to our productsQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience8+ years of overall sales experience with 3+ years of experience managing and directing a teamDemonstrated experience in planning and implementing effective sales strategiesKnowledge of and experience in technical sales and manufacturing is heavily desiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDedication to providing great customer serviceAbility to train, develop, grow and lead a sales team to successEager and driven to exceed goalsKnowledge of Salesforce and CRM tool implementations is heavily desiredHere at Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
