This individual will guarantee the delivery of outstanding service to our client with the end goal of building and sustaining long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Provides continued high standard of service and communication to maintain Southwest standards for Amazon locations.Surveys existing accounts for Amazon in Southwest Division.Research data as needed for internal business reviews/meetings for Amazon accounts.Performs an ongoing relationship with the Amazon clients and their local teams.Leads internal resources to problem solve for issues that have happened in the field.Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated.Performs other duties as assigned.Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with strong customer service.Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong computer software skills required, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Travel between 50-75% of the week.Preferred Qualifications:
