RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs. This is a hybrid position where you will have the benefit of working from home and our client office(s) a few days a week!In this role, you will act as an extension of the client’s HR function focusing on business relationship development, recruitment, selection, payroll, and management of the contingent employees. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strategic partnership with the client through in-person visits as well as a detailed understanding of the business, company direction, processes, and policies.Why you'll love us:
