Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist is a critical business development role, responsible for identifying and generating new business leads primarily through cold calling. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The Lead Generation Specialist must be able to work independently cold calling prospects within the automotive industry, set appointments as needed, and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.

Job Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through cold calling.Contact prospects to qualify leads. (30 - 60 phone calls daily).Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future references.Set appointments for experienced national sales team to meet with potential prospects.Maintain records regarding activity in CRM.

Experience & Qualifications

Outbound cold call center experience.Strong phone etiquette.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office including Outlook and Teams.CRM/Salesforce experience is a plus.Experience calling into the automotive industry is a plus.
