Basic Description and Job ProfileAs a sales executive, you will be responsible for selling our company’s vehicles to individuals, corporate clients, and all other categories of clients.Duties:Process sales of vehicles (inbound and outbound)Help to market the vehiclesProvide details to customersNegotiate delivery and price variationsAdvise customers regarding payment options and draft payment plansCollect payment & process receiptsDeliver vehicles to clientsInspect vehicles pre-deliveryExplain features and their functions to customersContact relevant bodies such as banks, SLTA, SLA, and SRC when necessaryCheck list all vehicles in bond (stock take)Maintain contact with existing customers through meetings, emails, and telephoneCreate marketing material for Facebook and Instagram, plus manage social media platforms and other media (television, newspaper)Assist at the port during consignment clearingPrepare costings for vehiclesCompile and save both physical and digital copies of client filesPrepare specification sheets for incoming vehicle modelsUpdate records of sales and orders – track progress of existing orders by contacting or liaising with suppliersKeep track of quantities of cars on display & administer showroomCompile costing for new vehicle consignmentsRemove cars from bond in AsycudaAssist and compile monthly reportsReport vehicle sales and vehicle receipts in EvolveResearch Work:Maintain familiarity with our products by keeping up to date with our line of vehicles sold, through online and offline trainingKnow what makes our products the best choice for customers (differentiating from other vehicles in the market)Stay updated regarding competitors’ productsKeep up to date on changes in pricing, different incentives, campaigns, and show opportunitiesJob RequirementsSkills & Personal Attributes:Motivated to sellQuick and eager to learnDriven to achieve high performance standardsHardworking, motivated, and well-groomedPositive attitude towards learning, problem-solving, teamwork, and life in generalCreative, innovative, and assertiveAdaptable to changeGood communication skillsBasic presentation skillsIntegrity – fulfilling commitmentsMust be presentableGood sales skillsEffective, persistent negotiator determined to close sales deals and increase salesIndependently sets personal goals and deadlines to reach sales targetsEnergetic, committed, win-win attitude, polite, presentable, friendlyProfessional at all timesMinimum Qualifications:Degree in Business Administration or related field ORA’ Level or Diploma holder plus experience in the Sales and automotive field (1 year) ORSIT in Mechanical Engineering Graduate plus relevant Sales experience
