Learning Management & Design Coordinator

to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of our educational initiatives, ensuring that our Learning Management System (LMS) is effectively set up, customized, and maintained to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning content, while also providing technical support to ensure a seamless learning experience for all users.This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and education, contributing to the success of our learning programs while developing valuable skills in both LMS management and instructional design. With a unique blend of technical and creative responsibilities, this is an ideal position for someone passionate about leveraging technology to enhance education.What You'll Be Doing

Platform Setup and Customization: Configuring and optimizing the LMS to align with our organization’s specific needs, including branding, user interface adjustments, and feature enhancements.Content Management: Overseeing the creation, uploading, and organization of learning materials, ensuring they are easily accessible and engaging. This includes managing text, images, quizzes, videos, and other interactive elements.User Management: Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that all users have the appropriate access to resources.Technical Troubleshooting: Providing timely and effective technical support to resolve any LMS-related issues, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience for all users.Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Working closely with internal and external subject matter experts to support the creation and refinement of high-quality educational content that meets our instructional standards.Project Maintenance: Maintaining project timelines and organization of course documents, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and aligned with our educational objectives.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields OR current LMS Administrator certificationsCertification in instructional design is a plusProfessional proficiency in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) ideally with 1-3 years of experience in administration, setup, and troubleshootingUnderstanding of instructional design principles is a must & proficiency in e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI) is preferredFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating with subject matter expertsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independentlyApply now!
