A Customer Support Specialist at Actabl configures, administers, updates, and provides technical support for a wide range of software applications, in addition to internally developed applications and interfaces. Troubleshoots applications systems problems. Configures, maintains, and supports new and existing applications systems and related software.Typical FunctionsPerforms application administration functions/analysis and identifies and responds to security and performance issues.Provides daily operations support for ongoing release efforts.Supports Front-end Applications.Studies and documents specific business and system requirements.Serves a key role in providing technical expertise for product evaluation, new deployments, and updates.Scripts and develops automation for repeatable installation and configuration.Utilizes and provides any necessary feedback on documentation of process and procedures.Other duties or functions may be assigned.RequirementsStrong critical thinking skills.Proven written and verbal communication skills.Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.Experience working with Zendesk, TeamSupport, or any other call tracking tool.Experience in working with various teams (DevOps, Customer Success, QA) for issue resolution.Solid communication, listening, and English writing skills.Ability to problem solve and resolve issues independently and quickly.Detail orientation and analytical mindset.Team contribution skills and a desire to teach others.Organization skills and proven reliability; ability to work independently with little direction when necessary.Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Office, particularly Excel & Sheet.Employees at Actabl are eligible for the following benefits:Competitive Pay100% paid for benefits: health, dental, and vision insuranceTraditional & Roth 401(k) plans with employer matchDiscretionary time offFlexible work arrangementsRobust company holiday list and winter closureLeadership development.Sound like you?
