With a focus on craftsmanship and community, our client sets the standard for high-end residential building in the region.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Cape Cod will be responsible for:Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish.Directing and supervising the work of project administration staff and construction engineers, and working in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities.Forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates.Resolving problems involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.Coordinating with the construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals.Developing strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.Maintaining appropriate documentation through the project, such as RFI logs and change orders.The Successful ApplicantThe Residential Project Manager - Cape Cod should have:5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management with residential project experience.A degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.Working knowledge of construction technology and details, with proficiency in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.What's on OfferThe Residential Project Manager - Cape Cod may receive:Compensation up to $125k.Health care plan.401(k) match 100% up to 3%.Tiered Bonus Plan.Floating Holidays.Opportunity for professional growth - exposure to multiple building divisions.
