Provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of Building and/or Civil Information Modeling (BIM/CIM) production, policies, procedures, and standards.Essential functions and responsibilities:Provide guidance for PMs and design teams on model development and coordination.Experience with BIM/CIM Standards and project execution planning.Applies best practices to JMT design and production processes.Interface with project managers on team capability requirements.Project troubleshooting, seeks out software solutions to enhance efficiencies.Nonessential functions and responsibilities:Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and approaches.Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal direction.Ability to communicate effectively with project managers and team members.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or closely related field required.10+ years’ experience in using Autodesk and Bentley products.Model set-up and standards review experience.Inter-disciplinary modeling experience.Experience with

Autodesk Civil3D

and

Revit

and/or

Bentley OpenX

design software and model management.Experience with National BIM Standards, Department of Transportation Model Development practices, and Federal Digital Delivery guidelines, ISO19650.Experience with scan to BIM workflows, model development, and software solutions.Working knowledge of Autodesk and Bentley CDE and integration platforms such as ProjectWise, BIM360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.Working knowledge of Unifi, Enscape, Lumion, LumenRT, Unreal, Unity, Revit, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, OpenBridge, SYNCHRO, iTwin, AR/VR, AASHTOWare, Transoft Applications, Infraworks, ConceptStation, Bluebeam Revu, Hololens, Revizto, CloudWorx, Recap, Descartes, and TopoDOT is a plus.Working ConditionsWork is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking.
