The Senior Analyst (SA) will work closely with leadership, operations, and other aligned teammates within Government Medical Services (GMS) to expand our business management team, health solutions pipeline, and footprint within HHS, DHS, DoD, and other targeted agencies. Develop and maintain relationships with influential primes/subs and technology partners to drive the program business. This includes developing and executing a small business strategy that will include targeted industry event participation. The SA will focus on State and Federal searches to identify core pursuits.Works with marketing, operations, and leadership to develop offers/content for innovative new platforms for Case Management and Healthcare services solutions. Build and maintain a health services-specific pipeline to 3 x annual targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManages resources to create, identify, develop, and qualify opportunities that align with GMS’s strategic campaigns that result in meaningful and measurable revenue growth.Achieve acquisition and sales goals through winning new business, contract recompetes, teaming, and on-contract program growth.Develop and maintain an active strategic growth plan, and the associated pipeline, in alignment and consistent with corporate campaign strategy and goals.Primary interface with customer community for assigned opportunities.Builds customer relationships through effective communications.Develop strategies to "shape" requirements and acquisition strategy.Identify and target new business markets, adjacencies, and partnerships.Embrace the GMS Business Development process in daily activities, and effectively manage and communicate all the opportunities and plans for management and technical teams.Assist in guiding potential customers by demonstrating technology solutions, architectures, capabilities, and potential acquisition paths for early-stage opportunities, working with internal technical and program management teams to develop responses for requests for information (RFI), market surveys, white papers, presentations, briefings, and major event demonstrations.QualificationsRequired Skills and KnowledgeExcellent legal, commercial, and business skills, particularly with respect to compliance with regulations and licensing requirements.Efficient and well-organized, and able to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced high-volume workload environment.Good analytical and investigation skills and an ability to propose creative options and make recommendations that balance creativity, practicality, and business acumen within a legal, risk management, and compliance framework.Strong decision-making capabilities with a keen interest in gathering the opinions of others and objectively assessing and considering them, while still being able to act on incomplete or limited information.Good negotiations skills and a team player who is effective in a complex matrix environment, with excellent work ethics and high level of professionalism.Ability to interact and collaborate with various teams of professionals which can be widely spread geographically across the globe.Results-driven and self-motivated.Strategic thinking skills, but willing to be hands-on and operational, including the ability to engage in the detailed requirements of contract negotiations and license applications.Persuasive, articulate, and able to work with and influence people at all levels.Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to establish and develop relationships with internal clients.Required CompetenciesAbility to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and contribute to the department and organizational goals of the business.A team player capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels throughout the organization.Detail-oriented, and assertive, with the ability to problem-solve and influence decision makers.Required Work Experience3-5 years

of practical experience selling medical or clinical services/solutions to Federal Government Agencies.Demonstrated successful track record of supporting and winning technology-enabled services contracts for medical and/or humanitarian services.Current broad market relationships and proven experience building relationships with strategic teaming partners (prime and sub).Developed and matured key relationships across multiple federal civilian government agencies.Ability to think strategically and operate independently.Track record of executing an aggressive call plan (record of being able to “walk the halls” and get in front of customers to increase brand awareness, two-way dialogue and follow up with solution presentations based on the client’s needs).Ability to work hand in hand with the VP of Capture, Pricing, and Proposal Managers to confirm that the solution and messaging stay consistent with what was presented to the customer during the sales campaign.The SA must operate within the “trust circle” with our clients,

International SOS , and our Teammates’ best interests as the priority. Consequently, there may be work that is too risky to pursue – the SA should operate as a thought leader on this topic to help manage GMS’s risk, and financial performance and, grow our business.Health care and data privacy experience are preferred.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.2-3 years of
