Century Group is partnering with a leading manufacturing company within the Denver area for an FP&A Analyst to join their team full-time. This position is fully remote. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis and day-to-day support including monthly reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
Job Description
Perform monthly variance analysis for these costs, using this analysis to identify risk and opportunities.Ensure adequate internal controls are performed.Learn to assess the risks and opportunities of the forecasted plan to ensure accuracy of reporting of financial metrics.Support the monthly/quarterly financial reporting cycle both internally and for corporate reviews.Build knowledge of the company’s business, to become a key financial business partner to the organization.Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
Superior analytical skills, combined with excellent business judgment.Proven track record of being detail-oriented and closure-oriented.Strong Excel skills and other MS Office applications.Self-directed and proactive individual with a curious mindset.Organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy of information.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.2+ years of relevant experience.SAP experience.
