Within the Sales and Sourcing division at GA Telesis, the Inside Sales Team focuses on negotiating with suppliers to obtain goods, materials, and services at the best prices. Using detailed sourcing strategies and extensive knowledge geared towards the aviation industry; the

role will be responsible for effectively communicating and maintaining a professional relationship with vendors and customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the ideal candidates would have a background in sales orders processing, able to navigate working in a fast-paced industry and use their personal drive to assist with strategic business planning for FSG (Flight Solution Group) and the company overall.

Responsibilities:

Gather quotes on parts and services based on customer requirementsFulfill quotes by quoting from stock and/or brokering materialsNegotiate terms and conditions with customersMaintain customer opportunities within SalesforceFollow parts traceability requirements set forthTrack shipment from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure prompt deliveryResolve Non-Conforming Materials (NCO Cage) discrepanciesForecast, track, and achieve sales revenue with gross margin projectionsTravel may be required (Less than 10%)Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively and self-motivateAbility to maintain professional relationships with vendors and customersEffective negotiation skillsProficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.Advanced organizational and time management skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:

Previous sales experienceBilingual in English and Spanish1-2 yrs. aviation industry experienceExperience with Quantum CRM and SalesforceExperience working with ILS, Aeroxchange
