The Principal assists in the creation and representation of Everbrook as a premier childcare brand, which reflects high business and professional standards. The Principal is responsible for all aspects of effective school operations, ensuring the safety of the children, supervising the school staff, and managing the delivery of quality early education programming.

As an Everbrook Principal, you will:

Be a leader!

Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assists with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.

Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.

Drive the enrollment and marketing of Everbrook Academy as a premier brand in the childcare industry utilizing grassroots marketing strategies, community outreach, and local partnerships.

Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.

Job Requirements:

Must have a Director Certification Level 3

Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.

2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is based on Position, Education, and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.

Principal: $65,000 to $70,000

Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) is provided for full-time employees, and Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance, and child care discounts available to all employees.

All employees in Colorado are eligible for paid sick leave, as required by the Healthy Families Work Act. Full-time employees are provided with 48 hours upon hire and annually each fiscal year thereafter. Part-time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based on hours worked.
