Finance & Insurance Manager , you will have the opportunity to positively impact our business and the lives of our team members and guests daily.We seek a strong, energetic, people-focused F&I Manager who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.Apply now!Primary Responsibilities:Manage the financial transaction of each dealership guest's vehicle-buying experience.Work directly with the sales team and guests to assist in the financial buying process.Build rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals.Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties to guests.Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner.Achieve monthly objectives.Meet deadlines for turning in guest paperwork to lenders and accounting.Secure and handle guest money during vehicle transactions.Adhere to all local and national regulations and advise the sales team on vehicle purchasing laws.Partner with service advisors to assist guests with purchasing extended warranties.Create and maintain guest relationships.Maintain an impeccable reputation with lenders and vendors.Give proper finance and insurance menu presentations explaining warranty packages.Assist sales professionals with guests to explain lending options and warranties.Build relationships with local and national bank and manufacturer representatives.Possess advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office products and dealership management systems.Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker who strives to find solutions for guests.Self-motivated and a team player.Understand tag and title laws; DMV.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.Track record of impeccable guest service ratings.Must be 18 years of age.Must pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).Pay and Recognition:Weekly pay.Paid holidays & paid time off.Deferred Holiday Pay Match.Paid training.Stock Awards (select management and front-line team members eligible).Insurance / Retirement:Insurance: medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans.Up to 12 weeks of paid pregnancy leave (disability leave).Health savings.Flex spending accounts (tax-free).Short-term and Long-term disability plans.Life Insurance (Whole Life and Term).401k with company match.Learning, Tuition Assistance, and Career Development:Digital career path tool for career development.Continuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management System.Professional growth and development opportunities.Additional Advantages:Student loan relief resources.Employee assistance program.Employee discounts on parts and service repairs.Opportunities to join community service initiatives with paid volunteer hours.Aggressive Employee referral program with bonus opportunities.Asbury Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
