Job Description:Shift Digital is looking to expand our OEM programs, and we are seeking experienced and dynamic Dealer Sales & Process Consultants to join our team. This role is recognized by the OEM as a vital partner, dedicated to maximizing dealership sales performance. You will educate dealers and the OEM field network on sales and process opportunities through consistent dealer visits, fully supported by the OEM. As a Shift Digital consultant, you will work with dealership management, BDC Directors, Internet Managers, and Marketing managers to help enhance the sales process through:SEO/SEMReputation ManagementWebsite User ExperienceDigital RetailingCRM Configuration and ReportingBusiness Model OptimizationLead Response HandlingKey Responsibilities:Sales Consultation:

Provide expert guidance to improve dealership sales performance.Training & Mentoring:

Educate dealership staff on effective sales strategies and CRM principles.Process Optimization:

Assist in optimizing business models and sales processes for better results.Digital Strategy:

Enhance the digital retailing experience and website user engagement.Reporting & Analysis:

Configure CRM systems and generate insightful reports for dealership and OEM executives.Reputation Management:

Implement strategies to manage and enhance dealership reputations online.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in automotive sales, with the ability to articulate the sales process.Familiarity with CRM principles and effective motivation techniques.Experience in mentoring and developing others.Previous experience as a vendor, calling on decision makers for variable ops SaaS.Ability to cross-train on agnostic solutions, including process and business model insights.Travel Expectations:This is an exciting opportunity for automotive professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about making an impact on their dealers. As a key member of our team, you’ll be part of a growing program that involves extensive travel and hands-on engagement with clients nationwide.Full Time Travel Role:

This position entails frequent travel, with the potential for being on the road 3-4 weeks per month for several days at a time.Regional Travel Expectations:
