Technical Analyst
to join our Consulting Delivery team supporting client solutions. A candidate for this role should have experience participating in one or more of the following types of projects:• Data Conversions and Integrations• Master Data Management, Business Intelligence & Data AnalyticsAs an EAG team member, you can expect to:Interact directly with client personnel and executives, representing your individual project and EAG on a daily basis.Leverage existing methodologies to provide industry-recognized best practices to our clientsCollaborate with client, vendor and EAG team members to identify and document desired functionality, business requirements, supporting processes and/or system proceduresFacilitate project activities such as client meetings, process/design workshops, user acceptance test sessions, and weekly status updatesProvide hands-on business and technical analyst activities while completing project deliverables.Assist with the development and delivery of training materials and programs.Provide assistance to other EAG teams as needed, fostering a spirit of teamwork across individual project initiatives.Position Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study.2+ years of consulting experience is desired.Experience with one or more of the following technologies:Understanding of PL/SQLSQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Informatica (ETL)C#Net FrameworkPythonPowerBI/SpotfireCandidates who have experience working with the following E&P industry technical solutions will be given preference: Quorum, W Energy, Enertia, P2.Must be eligible to work for ANY employer in the United States; we are unable to sponsor H1B applicants at this time.Must be based in Houston.This position may require travel (Monday to Thursday) to client projects. Candidates should be willing to travel up to 50% in North America.EAG offers a variety of flexible schedules and models which would be confirmed during the interview process.The selected candidate will work in our downtown office with a hybrid schedule.People are EAG’s most valuable asset.
