Local Automotive Repair shop is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor.Job Overview
We are a Local Automotive Repair shop located in Spokane Valley, WA supported by a National brand dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience. ASE is not required.We are looking for a Service Advisor to help with Sales and Customer Service. This position would involve being in a retail store and you would be engaging in selling auto repair service and maintenance.Responsibilities
Ability to drive Service Sales and retain customers.Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.Follow up with customers on services requested and estimated completion times.Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promote shop service specials.Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing, and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars and light trucks.Maintain inventory counts.Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.General automotive knowledge.Excellent customer service disposition.Good communication skills.Leadership ability.Team-building skills.Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Valid driver’s license.Join Our Team
