If you’re driven to exceed sales goals, the Outside Sales Representative position at PuroClean could be for you. On target earnings in 12 months is $80,000, in year two $125,000, and in year three $200,000+. Compensation is a base + commission.
We are looking for an experienced route sales representative that excels, competes, and appreciates accountability and competition.
Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting:
Setting up and attending appointments to move your prospects through our proven sales process.
Closing:
Meet with influencers like insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, and adjusters face to face to build long-term relationships.
Maintaining long-term relationships:
Nurture relationships with prospects, develop them into raving fans, and follow up on all sales activity.
Keeping track of the details:
Keep our CRM up to date with details on customer interactions and activities.
This is an outside sales position, and you will be expected to network, visit prospects' offices, and travel around the state. If you love building relationships and making things happen, you'll thrive in this role.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of outside route sales experience
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
