Position description:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships in a defined area. Functioning as a consultant, you will ensure that our customers are using the software they purchased to its full potential. You will provide both on-site and video conference support to customers, with roughly 80% of the time being on-site and 20% via video conference.
Customer Success Specialists work from a home office and will be provided a company car, cell phone, and laptop.
Training:
Paid training! The nature of the position requires you to successfully complete an intensive training program. Training will consist of classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses where you will receive in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge. Additionally, you will be paired with mentors across the country to apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceMust be a self-starter with good time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service and organizational skillsAbility to build strong customer relationshipsMust have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five yearsAbility to travel during training (overnight) up to 50%Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
