Take a look at this opportunity with our Sales team, which is seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of our National Account Manager. This role supports the company's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with GPOs, select regional IDNs, and key accounts/systems while building relations to improve coverage, enable sales growth, and impact future business.

How you will contributeFocus on target system hospital accounts, GPOs, and Physician groups.Support Business Plans/strategies to meet or exceed targeted incremental major account sales goals while building long-term relationships with target hospital, GPOs, and physician group accounts.Work closely with RBD, CSS, DHE, and MSL teams to target and assist key account opening and relationship development.Call on key administrative personnel (e.g., C-Suite) and clinical personnel (e.g., Director of Pharmacy, Medical Director) to develop top-level relationships.Sell the value and positive story of our products and company to hospital systems.Assist Sales and Health Economics team as well as home office management with corporate strategy for current and future initiatives/products.Educate (e.g., GPOs, Systems, etc.) and field team on new account development and system relationship development.Communicate field trends, issues, and successes back to the Director of Sales and Marketing and corporate to enable strategy and tactical adjustments.Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned national accounts.

What you bring to the roleFour-year college degree from an accredited institution, MBA a plus.Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience with GPOs and IDNs a plus.At least 10 years related experience in the healthcare industry.Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at GPOs, IDNs, and key customer organizations.Work closely with Sales, Marketing, DHEs, and Medical Affairs to define national account plan for product access, Health Economics, and sales and clinical support.Develop contract impact models.Negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company with key organizations.Continuously monitor industry competition and consolidation amongst key industry hospital systems and chains and assess impact on products.
