What you will do

Coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires from clients and consultants.

Support the RFP Team in all phases of the proposal process, working closely with the Director, RFPs.

Collaborate with the sales team, client management team and other subject matter experts.

Assist senior team in the development of RFPs, consultant requests, and client questionnaires.

Research, write, and edit responses to DDQs, RFIs, and RFPs for client management.

Effectively manage and coordinate time and responsibilities related to RFP/DDQ preparation and distribution.

Ensure project owners and management are kept updated on progress, status and issues.

What you will bring

Bachelors degree, emphasis in Finance or Business Management preferred.

2-3 years of RFP writer experience, preferably at an asset management firm.

Financial services or investment management experience strongly preferred.

Familiarity with or understanding of fixed income and credit preferred.

Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.

Strong project management skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple action items.

Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-oriented atmosphere.

Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Ability to manage time and schedules independently during peak periods.

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.

Note : Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $75,000 to $100,000. Specific pricing may vary based on geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
