As part of our award-winning team, you’ll help the business become an intelligent, connected organisation in order to deliver our digital transformation and turnaround.As a Senior Project Manager, your role encompasses several critical tasks:Deliver significant technology and business change initiatives that propel Thames’ progress toward achieving business area goals and desired outcomes.Work collaboratively and influence a wide range of stakeholders up to and including Director level.Ensure successful project outcomes by meeting project goals within specific timeframes, adhering to budget constraints, and maintaining alignment with the project scope.Collaborate with supplier and finance teams to optimize project resources and costs.Support the Programme Manager in building the product roadmap and strategy aligning technology to business outcomes.Deliver long-term sustainable solutions, ensuring enduring support and continuous improvement are always considered in any project delivery.Engage with and build relationships across Operations and other business areas.Maintain a focus on outcomes and value, always looking ahead and planning to deliver value at a fast pace.Base Location:
