20%What you will doThe Associate Insights Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Insights Lab. This individual will also run the day-to-day operations of the lab to support consumer/shopper research initiatives, retailer meetings, strategic planning meetings, BIC merchandising & activation development. This leader will serve as a cross-category partner, helping shape category stories, leading the hosting of Kenvue guests, developing immersive presentations, and have competency across key tech & shopper/category systems such as JDA Space Planning software, Adobe Creative Cloud, video/audio tech experience. This individual needs to be agile, adaptable, ability to manage complexity, know how to use space planning software, strong presentation skills, an ability to develop content and a strong understanding of video/audio technology. This leader will collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally and should have a demonstrated ability to manage complexity & partner end-to-end.Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the Global Insights Lab partner collaborating across teams to shape Innovation lab sessions, content and have a baseline understanding across key category & customer initiatives.· Design, manage and coordinate key partner and customer presentations leveraging Innovation Lab Immersive software in support of Category/Brand/Retailer initiatives.· Run the day-to-day operations of the lab, with high quality management of the technical tools & software.· Run the day-to-day operations of The Insights Lab meetings including preparing for & executing hosting consumers, shoppers, retailers, Kenvue guests & leaders.· Design and run the immersive retailer environments leveraging VIS software and in partnership with development agency.· Identify & optimize Booking process, developing and deployment process of lab usage.· Work with internal Shopper/Category partners on research opportunities: provide voice-of-customer, shape research projects, and activate findings to be customer-specific.· Influence and execute the POG activation of merchandising improvements, efficient assortment, and clustering solutions.· Work in partnership with other Global Insights Lab (e.g. P2P Lab in UK) and local Retailer team CFTs.QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequirements:

· Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.· Min 4 years of proven experience in CPG industry - customer insights, category management, space planning and/or shopper insights or relevant business experience is required.· Ability to understand and interpret shopper and category insights research and an understanding of syndicated data, panel data, shopper-card data and other research.· Strong digital & technical literacy, including strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Space Planning software (Blue Yonder), Adobe Creative Cloud (most notably Photoshop and Illustrator).· Knowledge of omni retail customer store operations, structure, strategy, and retail execution tactics.· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.· Ability to work collaboratively and independently to organize and complete assigned work.· Strong facilitation, presentation skills, creativity and ability to tailor presentation style to a variety of key decision makers is required.· Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex information.· Ability to develop and oversee the execution of project plans and to implement, execute and draw conclusions from a variety of customer, shopper and category studies.· Working experience with US Retailers is preferred.What’s in it for you· Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000.00 to $149,500.00.
