Responsibilities:Oversees the advancement and growth of the program, providing direction and leadership to support the philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals and objectives. Assumes primary accountability for disseminating and publishing all program information to create public awareness and support.Works closely with leadership, internal and external colleagues, and community residents to further develop and implement strategic plans.Identifies, solicits, and cultivates community partnerships and collaborations to assist in the development and growth of the program. Develops metrics to identify and measure the program's success, including grant success and related evaluation.Assists in identifying and evaluating potential future funding sources, contributing to the submission of grants and contracts supporting the program, including the writing of content areas and budgetary sections of grant applications. Develops and manages the program's operating budget.Develops the administrative infrastructure of the program, managing human resource and administrative functions including staffing, hiring, supervision, performance development, counseling, and discipline if warranted. Oversees information systems, facilities, and space needs.Investigates, identifies, implements, and oversees systems to gather, track, and report information supporting the program's initiatives. Tracks all program activities and regularly informs leadership of progress on each initiative. Recommends structural or programmatic adjustments based on knowledge of missions, goals, and objectives.Initiates, designs, and manages program communications; identifies outreach potential, and promotes philanthropic and collaborative support. Contributes to the management of content on the program's website and monitors all changes to editorial content.May perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills:Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work harmoniously with faculty, students, visitors, and external organizations.Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple activities under deadlines. Works independently and exercises good judgment under pressure.Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in computer programs including Word, Excel, and other database tools.Demonstrated positive attitude and commitment to teamwork; ability to understand, communicate, and interact effectively across cultures.Preferred Education and Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in academic administration, nonprofit, or comparable executive settings, with a preference for operations, grant management, grant writing, and/or fundraising.Language ability in at least one relevant regional language, with a preference for Bangla.Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Work Week:
