MRM has an exciting opportunity to work on one of our top global accounts, Microsoft, as the Project Execution Lead – with focus on Events and Integrated Marketing Campaigns.What is your role, and how does it positively impact the business?You will support and enable local marketing program execution through centralised marketing services and provide expertise in Events and Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This includes end-to-end planning, execution and tracking program performance. Specifically for Events, you will operationalize both in-person and virtual events throughout the year. As part of the team, you will play a major role in ensuring the success of integrated marketing, events and driving continual improvement and measurement of future events.Service Management:

Overall accountability for campaign deliverables and is the single point of contact for our clients.Service Deployment & Readiness:

Drives service quality, consistency & innovation through leading practice sharing and overall participation and cooperation in the marketing services community.Team Management:

Oversee the events team which includes both in-person and virtual event coordinators. This includes on-boarding team members as well as the continued development and training of this team. This role ensures that the team is briefed on all area and global initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement:

Engages with functional stakeholders to set expectations on service delivery. Provides consultative support and recommendations, collaborating with Regional Leads and Global leads.Global Community Engagement:

Shares best practices with Team Leads across the region and participates in community calls.Best Practice Sharing:

Curates and showcases Area findings and practices and shares these with the global community.Proven skills in written and verbal communicationsIntermediate to advanced project management strategies and toolsBasic business, systems, and process analysisDemonstrated understanding of event marketing and the tools and platforms that support it.Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholdersRelationship management, collaboration and conflict resolution skillsKnowledge of Microsoft brand and productsRequired Experience:Bachelor’s Degree preferred2-3 years solid project management experience (agency or client side)Desired Characteristics:Self-starter – Have a proactive attitude and a desire to find creative solutions.Team player – Focus on winning as a team rather than individually.
