We are needing a highly skilled and responsible team member to provide excellent customer service, boost sales and help coordinate communications across the entire company. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions. You will reach out to customers with pending estimates and work with them to close sales. You will also communicate important messages to managers and technicians in the field to ensure customer requests are handled quickly and efficiently.Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, chat messages and customer service emails and resolve all customer requestsForward any unresolved customer requests to Manager immediatelySchedule non-recurring jobs for Service, Maintenance and Construction departments as neededCommunicate with and provide technical support to Service, Repair and Construction teams in the fieldCreate and send service estimates to customersFollow up with customers who have unsold service estimates and work to close salesOnboard new customers and report to ManagerMonitor and respond to messages in internal communication appAttend weekly meeting with Manager and weekly All-team meetingQualifications
3+ years experience in Customer Service is preferred3+ years experience in Sales is preferred3+ years experience in Pool Service is preferredComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectivelyConsistent and dependable with the ability to work 40 hours/ week and Saturday mornings seasonallyFlexible work from home options available.
