We are looking for an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our team.Duties
Verifies and reconciles daily deposits.Performs research on accounts as needed.Posts and reconciles payment corrections after ensuring complete and accurate documentation.Monitors incoming payments and ensures they are applied correctly.Records customer and vendor payments into the Company’s ERP systems.Reconciles cash drawers daily.Timely processes AR receivables invoices and collections of outstanding receivables.Researches unidentified checks in the GL.Prepares JEs for non-customer cash deposits.Receives invoices, verifies accuracy of information throughout our different systems.Enters invoices into Accounts Payable systems.Approves payment batches.Maintains and files all appropriate documentation.Reconciles Vendor Statements.Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements
Bachelor's degree is preferred.Prior experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles.Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.$60,000 - $70,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
