The Business Transformation Specialist position offers candidates an unparalleled opportunity to deliver against a portfolio of transformation projects, coupled with exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to effect positive change within a leading financial services institution. Our Transformation Specialists are thought-leading strategists who will work as part of an Agile squad led by BTO Engagement & Delivery Managers to drive a strategic change portfolio consisting of small to large scale initiatives and programs. Our Specialists will work alongside other talented individuals who are equally passionate about driving change across the organization and are given the opportunity to both demonstrate and grow their skillsets across a wide set of competencies by contributing to the BTOs current mission, objectives and deliverables. The selected candidate will be able to promote new ideas and approaches to drive change initiatives across the enterprise and influence and guide how the enterprise will work and collaborates more efficiently.Your Primary Responsibilities:Work as part of a squad to collectively identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement and smart ways to deploy process improvements and/or technology to solve business problemsPull from experiences and best practices to lead ad-hoc data and business analysis approaches from problem identification through solutioning and future state recommendationsLead/co-lead meetings with enterprise stakeholders, and end-users, to identify and understand current state business and technical processes, procedures and challengesLead the development of documentation/workflows outlining current and future state scenariosLead the creation of squad/engagement related strategic communications and reporting (presentations, reports, workflows, etc.) particularly to other members of the squad and senior and executive leadershipProvide guidance and leadership to more junior members of the tribe, and associated squad, and resolve most issues leveraging your rapport and trust with squad membersAlign risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriatelyQualifications:Minimum of 4 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success:Demonstrated intermediate expertise level across, and application of, multiple BTO competencies (i.e. Data analysis, Process re-engineering, Agile methodologies, Project Management, etc.)Experience supporting/driving medium/large scaled change initiatives, with a focus on delivering operating model improvements (people, process technology)Ability to communicate complex information and ideas effectively within the squad and with stakeholdersAbility to think strategically and innovatively as part of squad in a problem-solving, transformation environmentDemonstrated ability to understand and manage stakeholder expectations and needsThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
