JOB DESCRIPTION
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the forecasting and S&OP process for MRT with commercial and sales leaders within the company.Optimize internal inventory through a variety of reporting, data analysis, cycle counting, and sales forecasting.Within an assigned portfolio, coordinate the purchasing of finished goods including coordination of delivery to tollers where necessary.Drive performance of internal and external tollers by leading regular performance reviews.Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained, striking a balance between inventory costs and on-time delivery rates to customers.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.3+ years of previous experience in a supply chain function (demand planning, inventory management, strategic planning, supply planning, or similar).Prior experience working within an MRP or ERP system.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in the specialty chemical or coatings industry.Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power BI.
