Role Summary:We are looking for a proficient Technical Data Analyst who will be instrumental in enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes. This role involves extensive data modeling, analysis, and governance, along with management of data quality across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, Salesforce, and Oracle ERP.
Role Priorities/Other Responsibilities:
Data Modeling and Analysis:Develop and refine data models to accurately represent business processes and support advanced analytics.Perform rigorous data analysis to uncover insights that will inform strategic business decisions.Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support various business initiatives.Implement and oversee data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all systems.Develop methodologies for data cleaning, deduplication, and correction to maintain high data integrity.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop and enforce data governance standards and practices.Ensure compliance with internal data policies and external regulations affecting data security and privacy.Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage, access, and retrieval.Implement best practices for database design, development, and maintenance.Design and create visual reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights to business users.Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing timely, accurate, and relevant data visualizations.Essential Skills and Experience:
