Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.Serve as a lead on key caregiver recruitment and retention and training projects and initiatives.Provide leadership in project and program management.Create, design, and execute different projects and programs related to recruitment and retention and training.Develop and maintain recruitment and retention, and training project plans.Manage resources in an efficient and effective way.Understand and review metrics to show the impact of the recruitment and retention program, training, track progress, and adjust as needed.Build and maintain connections with external and internal clients.Identify and execute other projects that will bring value and efficiency to the teams.Create and help refine presentations for deliverables and functions.Coordinate administrative aspects of programs and track and report activity to plan milestones.Prepare reports and present updates to key stakeholders.Attend and take part in planning meetings with leaders and staff and give project updates.If you meet the qualifications, please forward me your resume.AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
