Full job description
The BBQ Authority, LLC is an e-commerce/retail company that specializes in multiple product verticals on Amazon and our own sites. We are a fast-growing company in the process of expanding into new channels (Wayfair, Walmart, etc.) and growing our product offerings. We are looking for an outstanding talent who want to grow with the company.
We are seeking a full-time employee that is hardworking with a can-do attitude and an aptitude to learn and excel in small team environment to join our customer service team and manage our presence on the Amazon platform.
Responsibilities:
Create product listings for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
Support all channels in customer support tasks such as answering emails/phone calls, assisting them with questions, returns, claims, etc. all within a timely manner
Follow up with customers for all product related issues and back-orders
Improve listings, maximize sales and optimize rating.
Work closely with various departments that also tie into the e-commerce accounts
Handle any special projects that may be assigned to the e-commerce operations.
Manage daily operational duties for assigned e-commerce accounts.
Keep a high beat positive energy with the team and help growth of the department.
Monitor customer reviews and feedback addressing customer concerns.
Help shipping and packaging in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Ecommerce Specialist or similar role.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
