The Moneyline Contact Center at MidFirst Bank provides comprehensive telephone and electronic banking support to MidFirst and Vio Bank customers. Moneyline personal bankers offer a wide range of financial services to consumers through various channels, including phone, mobile, email, and electronic banking.
Key responsibilities include:Supervising employeesProviding quality leadershipFostering positive motivationCoaching and developing team members to ensure both individual and collective success
Shift:Hours: 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Position Requirements:A positive attitude and 1-3 years demonstrated success managing or supervising a team are required. Financial industry and/or call center experience is preferred.
