This position is responsible for virtual client service delivery. The Virtual R&P program is a new and developing model of resettlement and will require individuals who can be flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment. The ideal candidate is proficient with technology, able to communicate in another language represented by target service population (people from Afghanistan and Latin America) and has experience working in a high-volume human services environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Achieve participant satisfaction and program outcomes for the R&P program through timely, high-quality services, including documentation of all deliverables.Confirm casefile compliance through regular and routine upkeep of case notes and case documentation.Effectively utilize client service systems and tools with full understanding and consistent usage.Participate in department and Community of Practice calls.Direct Services:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of US Ties via video or voice calling.Understand role and implications of assurance in the VR&P program to make accurate and informed decisions regarding eligibility of cases. Implement the assurances procedure in its entirety, including screening biodata and processing cases in IRIS in a timely manner.Maintain the assurance tracking database to facilitate dissemination of case-specific information.Provide thorough documentation of US Tie Assessments and assist in case discussions as needed.Consult with Program Manager as needed to evaluate decision-making criteria for case eligibility.Report trends and weekly summaries of assurances to the Program Manager and Case Supervisors.Communication:

Develop and maintain collaborative cross departmental relationships with Pre-Arrival Processing and other members of the VR&P team.Communicate regularly with US Ties and VR&P team to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.Attend all state, Home Office, and coalition meetings as appropriate.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Demonstrated success working and communicating effectively in a multi-cultural environment.Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently towards case-specific, department, and office-wide goals.Experience in refugee resettlement direct client services required.Ability to speak clearly and comfortably on the phone with partners and participants, which include people with limited English abilities and/or the use of interpreters.Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills combined with the proven ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively.Proven success achieving goals and working effectively with all levels of staff in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and ability to provide accountability to ensure objectives are met.Ability to work as part of a team.Previous experience working in a virtual environment preferred.Requirements
