Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureManTech is seeking a Data Analyst/Knowledge Manager to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract on MCB Quantico.This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.General Responsibilities:

Provide SharePoint site collection administrator duties across multiple networks and security enclaves.Knowledge Management activities.Provide training and customer service support to over 300 garrison based and globally deployed units.Manage and process intel data associated with the respective systems.Produce usage and process metrics specific to the requesting organization(s).Process improvement.Documentation to include quick reference/admin guides/training manuals.Work with teammates to develop analytical models, tools, widgets, applications, etc.Process, analyze, disseminate data (structured and unstructured), and incorporate results into usable products, typically finished intelligence and visual analysis or dashboards.Automate manual analytic processes, generate analytic models, and enable analysts to exploit external data sources.Establish advanced analysis and data visualization methodologies, models, and tools to derive/predict intelligence outcomes and impacts.Typical Skills desired include, but are not limited to: Python, R, Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, .NET, Hadoop, Apache, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, VBA, PowerBI, and other related technologies.Up to 10% travel may be required.Other duties as required.Mandatory Skills Requirements:

DoD TS/SCI Clearance without exceptions.BS in Math or related technical degree.Knowledge of standard DoD and Marine Corps concepts, practices, and procedures.Familiarity with Navy/Marine Corps interoperability requirements.Maintain leading edge processes as technology and mission needs change.Analyze current data sources and techniques and apply innovative and big data-driven problem-solving skills.Ability to combine disparate data sets and perform translation as needed.Perform analytical tasks individually and as a team.Ability to maintain proficiency with new technologies and processes as released and available.Familiar with agile techniques.Ability to translate high-level requirements into functional applications and dashboards.Provide courses of actions, with recommendations, and justifications for process improvement and better production analysis.Ability to streamline and automate manual processes.Proficient with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).Experience conducting data analytics, developing visualizations, and producing reports.Experience providing user training and developing training materials.Excellent communication skills.Ability to brief senior leadership.Self-starter/team player/willing to learn.Other Skills Preferred:

Prior USMC data analyst experience.Database expertise (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Maria DB, etc.).Expert with Microsoft Office and VBA macros.Knowledge of scripting concepts and ability to use different languages to combine stove-piped data for analysis.Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and building dashboards representing near real-time data.Physical Requirements:
