Commitment to GMP and SOF policies ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.Key Responsibilities:Oversee production, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across four main departments during the scheduled shift.Lead, engage, and communicate effectively with employees about daily plans and expectations.Address technical issues in collaboration with maintenance and management teams.Train and mentor staff on company policies, procedures, and standards.Monitor and maintain production metrics and records.Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to ensure uninterrupted operations.Qualifications:Experience:
Previous supervisory experience in a similar role at Crystal Creamery or a comparable food production facility.Skills:
Strong mechanical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to learn company-specific software.Knowledge:
Familiarity with state and federal regulations, and experience with SQF environments.Interpersonal Skills:
