We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for leading, developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. This person will be self-driven, organized, and a creative force behind the company's digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to): Digital Content/Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and websites ensuring consistency with brand messaging. Campaign Development / Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders and lead the creation and execution of marketing and communication initiatives. Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with the graphic/multi-media team to produce engaging and informative content, including videos (Reels), blog posts, landing pages, and social media posts. Website Management: Collaborate with the web development team to update and optimize the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO-optimized. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence by developing content calendars, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation. Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Use Google Analytics and social media insights to analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies to improve outcomes. Market Research & Social Listening: Conduct research on trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and improve digital marketing efforts. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the home improvement industry. Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or other relevant platforms. In-depth knowledge of WordPress. Working knowledge of SEMRUSH, Crazy Egg, or other analytical tools. Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make informed recommendations based on results . Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and create compelling marketing content. Self-starter with a creative mindset and a passion for developing innovative digital marketing strategies. Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, especially in the home improvement or window treatment industry preferred but not required.
