The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center, or BBN team:

RTX People Services organization is seeking a benefit operations professional to support and partner with the Total Rewards Benefits Community of Expertise (COE) on RTX benefit programs, policies, and processes.

What You Will Do

Address and research complex issues from employees, HR Service Center, and other HR professionals, while collaborating with internal/external clients and vendors.

Utilize case management system to respond to benefit questions and issues from employees, managers, Benefits Communities of Expertise (Corporate and Business Units), and other shared services teams.

Provide superior customer service, with accurate and timely resolution, to internal and external customers.

Provide subject-matter expertise within Benefits discipline.

Manage projects and processes related to Total Rewards Benefit programs.

Support system testing and project management for key projects like Annual Open Enrollment, as applicable.

Support benefit process administration consistent with HR service catalog.

Collaborate across the HR operating model and bring forward new ideas for future program offerings, process improvements, or policy changes needed to improve employee experience.

Drive process improvement by refining processes and procedures to align across business units, Corporate, and Benefits COEs.

Understand customer feedback and partner with COEs, cross-functional teams, and vendors to simplify and automate existing processes.

Influence others regarding policies, practices, and compliance.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum two years’ professional experience required in benefits including experience managing cross-functional projects, programs, or processes.

Working knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer

Professional benefits, project management, and/or Six Sigma certification(s) or accreditations.

Experience in an HR transformational environment.

Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and charts; macros a plus.

Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills (consulting and influencing), including ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees and managers (customer service skills).

Strong technical and analytical skills, problem solving, and issue resolution skills along with strong attention to detail.

Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo; strong drive to improve and automate processes to achieve the best possible customer experience.

This is a hybrid role; eligible candidates must reside near Richardson, TX; Cedar Rapids, IA; and Tucson, AZ.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
