Reporting to the Senior Manager, this manager will mentor, guide and lead the site team in executing flawless Integrated Facilities Management.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSFinanceAnalysis and accurate reporting/ forecastingDemonstrate the ability to interpret and explain results and variancesOperating Budget and forecast development and adherence and tracking of savings and cost avoidanceCapital Budget development and adherence where control remains with JLLSourcingEvaluate and assure service levels are met, right size where appropriate with Client concurrenceDevelop (in conjunction with Sourcing Manager) sourcing plan that includes appropriate MWDBE bidders, assist with RFP/RFQ process in support of Client objectivesOperationsMonitor overall workflow to assure timely completion within established SLA’s.Provide feedback to subordinates on workflow compliance.Review dispatch matrices semi-annually. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction rating.Work closely with CEM and engineering teams to assure completion of scheduled PM’s and adherence to CEM processes.Monitor capacity and respond to identified changes gaining stakeholder approvals via the change control process.Assure all facilities evaluated are in compliance and pass the Management and/or Operations audits.Implement best practices and monitor their effectiveness keeping the Client informed of the value add measures being implemented.Inspect facilities on a consistent basis.Participate in across area facility inspections to assure consistent delivery of services.Understand and execute notification protocols with the appropriate JLL/CPG contact or group.Talent ManagementExhibit leadership qualities and enthusiasm being the guidepost for others to emulate to assure your team is high performing.Assure teams are completing required training and encourage additional training where appropriate.Identify succession planning where appropriate and coach up or out when required.Mentor and counsel employees regarding career plans coaching them to the next level.Complete IPMP’s on time and assure quality conversations are collaborative and open in content and dialogue.Client ServiceAssure an effective communication protocol is in place on both the JLL and Client side with peers, subordinates, senior managers, vendors and customers.Respond promptly and accurately to email and phone communications.Actively participate in meetings sharing ideas and solutions as may be appropriate.Instill a high level of performance expectations from team members to include client focus, open and timely communication up and down the organization and encourages risk taking and innovation.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis is required; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant.Strong organizational and management skills.Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office, and MS Share Point.Computer proficiency in CMMS Supervisory.Ability to matrix manage both technical and administrative staff; experience in matrix management organization is desired. Ability to oversee multiple facilities of different functions.Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary.Estimated total compensation for this position:
