Together, we won't stop!Job SummaryBuilds and maintains technology-based supplier relationships for T-Mobile. Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and contracting backhaul for T-Mobile nationwide. Establishes and negotiates all commercial terms and contracts with our suppliers. Helps to drive T-Mobile's strategic direction within certain categories of spend. Leads and supports cross-functional sourcing groups, ensuring supplier performance, and drives strategic sourcing initiatives. Works closely with internal customers including Engineering, Service Assurance, Legal, and Finance.Job Responsibilities:

Competitively sourcing technology spend through RFP, RFI, and RFQs.Drafting, negotiating, and executing contractual documents including but not limited to master service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders.Supplier management - supporting the evolution of supplier management through supplier scorecard development and supplier quarterly business reviews.Intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance.Liaise with technical personnel to interpret technical specifications to commercial and corporate financial requirements.Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval.Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Engineering or equivalent experience (Required).Work Experience:4-7 years of experience in technology sourcing, an engineering role, or similar role (Required).4-7 years of experience managing Contracts, Business Requirements, Vendor Relationships, and associated project materials in a mid to large size company (Required).Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Microsoft Office (Required)Contract Negotiation (Required)Communication (Required)Strategic Sourcing (Required)Salesforce (Preferred)PowerBI (Preferred)Advanced Excel (Preferred)Minimum Requirements:* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes 10%DOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): NoAt T-Mobile, our benefits exemplify the spirit of One Team, Together!
