Restaurant Manager
plans and manages the restaurant, room service, and other food and beverage outlets to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate policies, and financial goals.ResponsibilitiesManage associates to attract, retain, and motivate employees; hire, schedule, train, develop, and conduct performance reviews.Implement company programs and manage operations to ensure compliance with regulations and optimal service quality.Forecast, implement, monitor, and report on budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.Respond to customer trends and issues to ensure a quality experience.Create and implement promotions and displays to capture more in-house guests.Monitor and control maintenance/sanitation of outlet areas and equipment.QualificationsEducation/Formal TrainingMore than two years of post-high school education.ExperienceTwo to three years of full employment in a related position.Knowledge/SkillsThorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.Supervision/management communication skills.Ability to investigate and analyze activities and make logical conclusions.Excellent oral communication for interacting with guests and associates.Physical DemandsAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 40 lbs. Mobility throughout the shift is required.Departure
