Front Desk
Representative provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.Availability:
Thursday - Saturday 2:45pm-11:15pmPay:
$16.50-$18.50/hrWhat will I do every day?Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the communityAssist residents with requests as neededAnswer incoming callsMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnelWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayHave excellent customer service skills6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredSenior Living experience a plusHotel experience a plusWhat’s in it for me?
