We are looking for a customer-oriented sales associate. A sales/customer service associate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, set appointments and provide sales recommendations. The best associates are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Problem-solving comes naturally to our associates.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales (memberships, product & add-ons); match or exceed goals assignedManage large amounts of incoming callsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersAbility to work alone on shifts and handle any customer interactionsFast learnerSkillsProven customer support experience or experience as a client service representativeSpa and sales experience is a plus!Track record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningEfficient in working with computersCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyHigh school degreeHourly pay PLUS sales commissions for Wellness Program sales, enhancements and retail salesFree Monthly massages and facialsSchedule Flexibility with Wednesday, Thurday, Friday & Saturday Part time hoursWhat it Takes to Succeed: Personality, modivation to drive sales & memberships.*ME SPE Franchising, LLC (“ME SPE”) is a national franchisor of independently owned and operated franchised locations.
