Represent LGCY Power professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energyEnsure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactionsMeet or exceed individual and team sales goalsParticipate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skillsAll sales positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts through an in-home sales process, placement BOE and up to managers’ discretionProvide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactivelyThis position is a door to door sales positionQualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethicCoachable and self-motivatedCapable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goalsExceptional critical thinking skillsAble to perform with minimal supervisionResourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritizeMust be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessaryApplicants must be 18 years or olderMust have reliable transportation and smart phone (IOS preferred)1+ years of experience in any of the following industries:
Home security salesSatellite TV salesPest Control salesHome Automation/Smart home salesDirect salesThose with lead generation and/or sales management experience
