www.stem.com .What we are looking for:As the Product Manager for PowerTrack APM Operations Management, you will join Stem’s product management team and be responsible for driving the strategy and development of Stem’s cutting-edge operations management software solutions for solar, battery energy storage, and hybrid solar+storage systems. This role will directly contribute to the strategy and execution of Stem’s PowerTrack APM product roadmap. You will:Own and extend the software product capabilities related to (1) administration of events and alerts, (2) warranty management, (3) equipment and inventory management.Work with various functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop product requirements and roadmaps, collaborate with the Stem software development team on prioritization and product delivery, and support other teams on go-to-market strategy and sales enablement.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to act as primary contributor to the product roadmap for product and feature delivery.Own and prioritize technical product backlog in the development of PowerTrack APM software offerings.Work closely with the Stem software development team to assess and address technical risks and delivery risks.Participate in agile processes and ceremonies within the software development team.Collaborate with peers working on other areas of PowerTrack APM to ensure alignment and compatibility.Work with solution managers and division leaders to develop strategies, pricing, and cost models for your specific product.Work with product marketing to develop customer-facing collateral.Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the energy industry.Conduct competitive market assessments regularly.Explore partnerships and procurement options.Provide internal training and present to customers on Stem’s software solutions.Analyze key performance indicators and report on these indicators regularly.Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.Facilitate the creation and maintenance of high-quality product documentation.Foster a strong technical culture characterized by high-quality implementations.Establish effective and collaborative cross-functional working relationships.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:3+ years’ experience operating, monitoring, or managing renewable energy assets.5+ years’ experience working as a Product Manager or leading software development teams in B2B SaaS.Electric power industry domain experience with understanding of renewable energy operations.Familiarity with administration of alerts, warranty terms, and common KPIs.Prior work with cross-functional product development teams.Experience defining business models and go-to-market strategies.Experience participating in commercial discussions with customers’ leadership teams.Extraordinary communication skills.Experience in full life cycle agile engineering practices.Empathy and intellectual curiosity.Decisiveness and an entrepreneurial spirit.A positive, energetic, can-do attitude.Team Player and accountability.Job Location:
