Associate Data Analyst

on the Healthcare Professional Business, you will support clients and internal teams' understanding of success on their digital marketing campaigns. This role will also help with pre-sales and renewals by optimizing client strategies and roll out, as well as reporting success.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. What You'll DoReport to and support Senior Data AnalystUse software tools to conduct list match analyses on large, sensitive datasetsLead data import processes and perform segmentation using complex business rulesUpload and categorize data segments for digital marketing campaign utilizationThoroughly QA campaign configurations and assets in accordance with guidelines and approval processesCollaborate with clients and client support teams to optimize marketing campaign performanceConduct analyses and report client successes and support sales with renewals and pre-salesDeliver client digital campaign performance, channel attribution and other reports and analyses, through established dashboards and custom reports for the purpose of increasing campaign performance and driving channel efficiencyDatabase management (cleansing, appending, and extracting)Provide support and guidance in the growth and development of physician marketing tools and productsSupport team with day-to-day troubleshooting and supportWhat We're Looking For1 year or more of full-time employment in data analyticsPrevious experience with healthcare requiredPrevious experience with key software platform Alteryx preferred. (HTML a plus)Previous experience working with large datasets requiredAbility to review existing Alteryx models / codesAbility to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentMust be highly organized, efficient, and the ability to be very detail-orientedWillingness to be flexible and take on multiple tasksGeneral interest in the healthcare industry is a plusExcellent understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)Understanding use of data manipulation tools (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc. in excel required)Marketing automation platform such as Eloqua/Marketo, Salesforce and/or Adobe Analytics also a plus!

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.Starting Salary: $65,000 - 70,000Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
