Job DescriptionAgiliti Health, Inc. has an opening for a Product Manager at our headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. Responsible for planning, strategy, and execution of products throughout the product lifecycle. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define strategic vision, and work with the team to deliver the right products and ensure revenue, strategy, and margin goals are met. Lead a team that may include one or more Product Owners.
Responsibilities:Estimate production costs, cost-saving methods, and effects of changes on expenditures for management review.Analyze data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality objectives of the finished product.Record or oversee recording of information to ensure currency of engineering drawings and documentation of production problems.Evaluate precision and accuracy of drawings to form a corrective plan.Review production schedules and engineering specifications to obtain knowledge of manufacturing activities.Elicit requirements using interviews, site visits, and other methods.Develop processes by studying product requirements and researching, designing, and testing methods and equipment.Engage in business case and KPI development and tracking.Oversee requirement traceability and changes through the project lifecycle. Collaborate to define scope, budget estimate, skill-set requirements, and ROI.Review cost-effectiveness and recommend improvement changes.Analyze problems and procedures, and employ strategies to resolve, promoting improvement of safety, quality, and service.Monitor and maintain a deep understanding of variables impacting performance metrics.Plan and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to improve field and corporate processes and Kaizen events to implement process changes.Travel is required about 10%-50% of the time to unanticipated Agiliti and/or customer sites within the continental U.S.Position offers a telecommuting benefit that allows individuals to work remotely about three days per week from within commuting distance of Agiliti’s headquarters.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or General Engineering, plus three years of experience with 1) product management; 2) business case and KPI development and tracking; 3) enterprise resource planning (ERP); 4) time study and labor standards; 5) Lean Six Sigma; and 6) Warehouse Management systems, distribution networks, logistics, and automation of material handling.The pay ranges from $100,651.00/yr. to $115,898.00/yr.Agiliti Health, Inc. offers standard benefits offered to full-time employees.It is the policy of Agiliti to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, marital status, status as a veteran, military service, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local civil rights laws.
